Today I ran/walked my first 5K(Race For The Cure) with a group of wonderful ladies.

All along the route people had their houses decorated or sat and cheered us on. I loved this breast cancer garbage can.

A shot of me before the BIG race.

All the wonderful ladies I was able to walk with.

My 4:30 am breakfast. I asked one of the trainers at the Y what I should eat the morning of the 5k. It looks strange but it gave me the energy I needed to get thru the morning.

I came home and rested and took at Gentle Yoga class with my Hubbie this afternoon. I can't wait to do it again nest year with my family!
