Themed Thursday

Today I joined in my first blog even with http://southernwhimsy.blogspot.com/ for Themed Thursday. Today the theme was blue transferware . I LOVE my dishes.
My vase I got after we were married 11 years ago. The plate came from my Mom's China Cabinet and it is a favorite. I'm not sure what to call the smaller piece. The lid comes off and as of right now in this house I sometimes find a random toy. Don't they know they aren't to touch my dishes.

Another plate I just love. I love to decorate with plates.

I keep this cute little kettle on table in a little group. That is my little collection and I hope to someday make it larger. Thanks for stopping by.

Bobbi very pretty. I love the tea kettles and pitchers. I have to start looking for more of those! I think you box with the lid may be a jewelry box but I am not certain. My next buy of transferware I hoep to be a soup toureen!

Bobbi - I loved seeing your collection. I loved the chintz plate, I have one similar. They are hard to find, I think. This was fun! I'm glad you decided to join in. Blessings, Barb

Hi Bobbi!

You have a beautiful collection! Your flow blue and chintz plates are gorgeous!

You asked about the center picture of the balls in the crystal bowl. I believe they're called carpet balls - I don't know why... They're large, heavy, ceramic balls. I bought mine at Pier 1 last week. I loved the way they looked in the crystal bowl.
